Delete account data

CSS MPT Prep 2027 lets you delete your Google-linked Firebase account and synced explanation-credit data directly inside the Android app.

Delete data in the app

1. Open Settings in CSS MPT Prep 2027.
2. Tap Account and data deletion.
3. Review the deletion warning and tap Delete account data.
4. Confirm ownership with your connected Google account.

This deletes the Firebase Authentication account, synced credit grants, remaining synced credits, purchase-delivery identifiers stored by the app, and the list of unlocked explanations. The device wallet is reset to the free starter balance.

Request deletion without the app

Email salmanmughal24@gmail.com from the Google email address connected to the app. Write CSS MPT Prep account and data deletion in the subject and state whether you want your account, synced app data, feedback records, or all matching data deleted. We may ask you to verify account ownership and aim to process a valid request within 30 days. You do not need to reinstall the app to submit this request.

Data handled separately

Deleting the synced account does not automatically erase local quiz answers or scores; use Reset all scores in Settings, clear the app data, or uninstall the app to remove them. Feedback is stored separately and may not be linked to your Firebase user ID, so include it explicitly in your request if you want matching feedback deleted. Google Play may retain payment records under its own legal, fraud-prevention, and accounting requirements. Aggregated or de-identified analytics that no longer identifies your account may also remain.
