Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Invisionery LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the CSS MPT Prep 2027 Android app and website. CSS MPT Prep 2027 is an independent exam-preparation service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by FPSC, the Government of Pakistan, or any public service commission. Information We Collect

Google account information

Google sign-in is optional. If you choose it, Google and Firebase Authentication provide a Firebase user ID and may provide your name, email address, and profile image. We use this information to authenticate you and associate your synced app data with your account.

Synced credit and explanation data

For signed-in users, Firebase Firestore stores credit grant records, including the grant type, amount, identifier, and time; identifiers for explanations you have unlocked; and the time the wallet was last updated. Your remaining balance is calculated from those records. This allows credits and unlocked explanations to sync across devices and helps prevent duplicate purchase delivery.

Purchases

Google Play processes consumable credit purchases. The app receives the product ID and a transaction or verification identifier needed to deliver credits and prevent the same purchase from being credited twice. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Google Play handles payment and may retain its own transaction records.

Feedback and support

If you submit feedback, we collect your message, an optional email address, app context, platform, app name, and submission time. If you email us, we receive the information included in your message and email account.

Local app and website data

Quiz progress, selected answers, scores, settings, and unsigned credit-wallet data are stored locally on your device. The website may store quiz selections and preferences in your browser. This local data is not uploaded to the credit-wallet account merely because you sign in.

Analytics, diagnostics, and device information

Firebase Analytics, Google Play, Google AdMob, advertising mediation partners, and related SDKs may collect app interactions, screen views, quiz events, ad interactions, device and operating-system information, app version, crash or diagnostic information, other app-performance data, IP-derived approximate location, and device or advertising identifiers. The website may use Google Analytics and Google AdSense for similar site analytics and advertising purposes.

How We Use Information

  • Provide sign-in, quiz practice, scoring, preferences, feedback, and support.
  • Deliver, sync, restore, and protect credits and unlocked explanations.
  • Process and reconcile consumable purchases.
  • Measure usage, diagnose problems, maintain security, and improve content and performance.
  • Display, measure, and help personalize advertising where permitted by your consent and platform settings.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

Service Providers and Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information is processed as needed by service providers that support the app and website, including Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Hosting, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, Google AdSense, and participating advertising mediation partners such as Meta Audience Network. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Data Retention

  • Account and cloud wallet: retained while your account is active and deleted when you complete or we fulfill a valid account-deletion request, except where limited retention is legally required.
  • Local data: retained on your device or browser until you reset it, clear app/browser data, or uninstall the app.
  • Feedback and support: retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, improve the service, prevent abuse, or keep required records, then deleted or de-identified.
  • Analytics, advertising, and payment records: retained by the relevant provider according to its controls and retention policy. Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies your account may remain.

Account and Data Deletion

In the app, open Settings, tap Account and data deletion, and confirm the deletion with your connected Google account. This deletes your Firebase Authentication account and the associated Firestore credit-wallet document, including synced credit grants, purchase-delivery identifiers stored by the app, and unlocked explanation identifiers.

You may also request deletion after uninstalling the app by following our public account and data deletion instructions or the deletion section on our contact page. Local quiz data must be removed separately by resetting scores, clearing app data, or uninstalling. If feedback containing your email is not linked to the Firebase account, tell us in your request if you also want matching feedback or support records deleted.

Your Choices

You can use the core app without Google sign-in, sign out at any time, reset local scores, clear browser storage, avoid including an email in feedback, manage ad privacy choices through the consent interface where available, and control advertising settings through Android, your browser, or your Google account. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.

Security

We use HTTPS, Firebase Authentication, Firestore security rules that restrict signed-in wallet access to the matching user ID, and standard platform protections. No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

Children

CSS MPT Prep 2027 is intended for CSS MPT candidates and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our app, website, providers, or legal obligations change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
